BROWNSBURG, Ind. (WISH/WDTN) – An Amber Alert search out of Ohio ended in central Indiana on Saturday evening. 58-year-old Garland Banister is in the Hendricks County Jail after police say he abducted his non-custodial 3-year-old daughter Chloe.
